The Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-250 brings TV to your PC screen. Surf the ‘Net or answer email while watching TV! The WinTV-PVR-250 uses a new integrated MPEG1/MPEG2 encoder, the IVAC015, which provides great on-screen video quality while compressing your videos 100:1. This technology makes this card an ideal option for machines with slower processors.

In addition to being able to watch and record TV in a resizeable window while you work on your PC, Beyond TV provides a full screen interface so you can operate from the comfort of your favorite armchair.
